Junfa Group, founded in 1998, is a national group company integrating real estate development, housing construction engineering, municipal roads, property service, business and hotel operations sales and other sectors. They have been recognized as a Top 50 Chinese Real Estate Enterprise. They are ranked among Top 50 Chinese Real Estate Companies in terms of brand value. They are on the list of Top 30 Chinese Property Service Enterprises. They have been occupying the largest market share in Kunming for nine consecutive years. They have been ranked first among Top 100 Yunnan Private Enterprises for four consecutive years.
