AI Copilot
AI Copilot helps with focused research and writing in your workspace. Ask a specific question about a company or selected record, provide only the context needed, then review the sources, fields, uncertainty, and suggested actions before reusing the result.
When should you use Copilot or Deep Research?
Use Copilot for a bounded question or a first draft. For a broader account or market question that needs a saved plan and research history, start a Deep Research project from AI Projects or select Deep Research in Copilot when your workspace offers it.
Clarification is optional and should resolve only gaps that could change the work. Review the proposed plan and approve it before the research run starts. The run continues if you close the browser. Review its progress and saved artifact before using the result.
The Deep Research workflow is:
Prompt -> Clarify -> Plan -> Approve -> Research -> Validate -> Match -> Deduplicate -> Artifact -> ReviewHow do you get a useful Copilot result?
- Name the company or record and the decision you need to make.
- State the output you want, such as a short summary, a comparison, or a draft.
- Add only the information needed for that task; leave out passwords, API keys, private customer exports, and unnecessary personal data.
- Check the returned sources, fields, assumptions, and unknowns.
- Copy or save only the parts you have reviewed.
What happens to the result?
Copilot suggestions do not automatically change company, contact, or CRM records, approve a person for outreach, or send a message. Treat generated information as candidate data. Check names, company matches, source context, and permitted use; authoritative records remain canonical until a reviewed change is accepted.
For Deep Research, review validation, entity matches, duplicates, source references, and the final artifact before using its findings. Research approval is not permission to contact someone.
