VibroBox provides fully automated, unmanned prescription maintenance for stationary and non-stationary machinery. VibroBox team of scientists and engineers are experts in vibration-based diagnostics, digital signal processing, and machine learning. Software algorithms extract internal machine defects from telemetry signals and create a “digital twin” of equipment. It allows generating detailed diagnostics reports and maintenance instructions to avoid failures and breakdowns weeks and months in advance. The solution is horizontally and vertically scalable, supports new types of equipment in a matter of days, and does not require any prior training datasets, unlike other solutions on the market.
