The job hunter for the first time get’s control and offers the head hunter valuable information. A two component construct consisting of a web service and a physical product. And therein lies the key. One of the biggest problems in creating a new job market, is the chicken and the egg dilemma. Solved. Job hunters can use this job market from day one before any companies sign up. The companies will be exposed (!) to the new job market by the job hunters. The website is not needed, with the physical product. The importance of this cannot be overstated. We don’t have to compete on the amount of people participating.
