Company profile
Tavistock Taskforce company profile
The Transition Movement is a strategy to meet the twin challenges of peak oil and climate change. This community based initiative aims to build local resilience and reduce the energy and resources we use. Transition Tavistock has now been recognised as an 'official' transition initiative. The Steering Group has set the foundations to get the movement going in Tavistock and the surrounding area. Working Groups have now been formed to push ideas and projects forward.
