Tiamo Games is an AI-first mobile simulation studio. We design living worlds powered by agentic systems and behavioral science so that every player’s journey feels personal. Our motto is simple: “Smarter Worlds, Deeper Fun.” Under the hood, our Simulation × AI × Analytics stack blends generative/agentic AI, a behavioral-science rule engine, and real-time live-ops. This lets us test price/value framing, creative variants, and event triggers continuously — not monthly — improving conversion, monetization, and retention with measurable lift. In our first title, T.C. Simülasyonu, we increased conversion from 3.2% to 9.5% and achieved a 3× revenue uplift through data-driven live-ops and offers. We’re currently opening a $500k seed (10% equity) to scale content production, deepen our agentic live-ops system, and expand UA. We collaborate with Metriqus for analytics, bringing studio-grade dashboards and experimentation velocity from day one. HQ in İstanbul, building for a global audience.
