Founded in 1962 as Prototype Development Incorporated, PDI Ground Support Systems has evolved into a designer and manufacturer of weapons handling systems and ground support equipment used primarily by the United States Air Force, Navy and Army Special Operations Command, in addition to 45 allied air forces worldwide. In May 2018, PDI was awarded the President's "E" Award for export excellence at a ceremony held in Washington, DC, USA. PDI's major product lines include Munitions Trailers, Aircraft Engine Trailers, Weapons Transport Containers and Counter Measure Modules, and Running Gear and Axle Systems. The Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and is recognized for its dedication to quality.
