Sprybuild is focused on revolutionizing the clear aligner manufacturing process for mid-size dental labs. Our system offers a comprehensive solution by integrating several machines, including a patent-pending 3D belt resin printer, thermoforming machine, aligner laser trimming and labeling machine, and packaging machine, along with our proprietary MES software. Our unique 3D printer offers high-speed, sequential printing with fully automated post-processing, significantly reducing manual labor and providing a continuous stream of finished parts. The thermoforming machine bridges the gap between automated high-capacity machines and low-capacity manual machines, making it more accessible to mid-size dental labs.
