JSC "Shubarkol Premium" was registered on April 24, 2017. Initially, the development of the coal mine was carried out by JV Arbat LLP, established in 2013 to implement the project to develop the Shubarkol coal deposit (Central-2 site) in the Karaganda region of Central Kazakhstan and to build a plant for the production of coal chemical products such as synthetic liquid fuel. Creation of an enterprise for the extraction of coal grade D, with further processing and production of semi-coke, tar, semi-coking gas, synthetic liquid fuel.
