ReCB has a discount table that can be applied according to the volume of tickets paid per month and by way of transfer such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The platform also offers sending of tickets by email, SMS and Carta, and an automated collection module. Through pre-configured billing rules, triggers e-mail alerts and sms days before or after expiration so the customer is aware of their payables, thereby increasing the company's compliance. There is also the option of issuing billing letters. The system generates, prints, and sends the correspondence directly to the customer's address notifying the debits. In case the customer loses his card or ticket, he can access the online platform and issue the second route at no additional cost.
