The big vision that propels us is that good leaders are good listeners, but that they’re relying on crude tools - like workforce survey - for knowing what’s happening for their people on important, complex issues like #blm, #MeToo, #Climate Crisis. It’s our words that make us human, so our AI-driven human insight analytics platform gives access to rich, nuanced insights that lie hidden in their exisiting conversational text platforms.
