Pharmetrics provides a collaborative approach to create medications tailored to the therapeutic needs of individual patients. Its products include Market Profiler, which provides a view of a therapeutic market, including market potential, patient demographics showing differences between treated and untreated populations, market segmentation, and an understanding of physician treatment behaviors. Pharmetrics also provides Treatment Profiler, which provides a longitudinal view of actual treatment patterns and allows marketers to understand how and where a particular product ‘fits’ into the continuum of patient care; and Brand Profiler that provides a brand-specific view of the market, including detailed analysis of the sources or losses of brand business for a competitive set of brands, and a detailed understanding of where a brand is winning and losing.
