MPawa is a blue-collar recruitment application that helps employers access a large pool of blue-collar workers. It also enables blue-collar workers to find jobs using their mobile phones. Targeted at the Ghanaian and Kenyan market, MPawa enables its users to recruit from anywhere through computers, mobile phones, or table devices. It supports the posting of jobs and onwards notifications for blue-collar workers such as carpenters, waitresses, masons, plumbers, electricians, security guards, and more in Africa. MPawa was launched in March 2012 in Accra, Ghana.
