Minodoo is a social innovation factory, a nomadic and collaborative space based in Togo, which works to bring technology closer to communities to enable inclusive and participatory development. The name “Minodoo”—derived from the Minodoo—organizes workshops, trainings, conferences, Open Source Tours, and ephemeral third places in various neighborhoods, cities, and regions so that citizens can appropriate IT tools, open-source technologies, and social innovations to solve everyday challenges. Their activities include door-to-door technology, coworking, social entrepreneurship, and civic engagement through ICT, aimed at bridging the digital divide between urban and rural areas, promoting women’s involvement in technology, and positively influencing their immediate environment.
