CloudTime is a global messaging app platform with streaming video, gaming and multi-language, real-time chat message translation in over 90 bi-directional language pairs that has all been internally funded, is built, and operating now in beta, but is seeking a major brand, IP or equity investor/partner to scale and roll the app out publicly. They have discussed a number of branding options with some of the world's most exciting brands and continue to do so. Given that messaging apps Whatsapp, Viber, Tango and now SnapChat have entertained offers and buyouts in the last year, they feel they are in a very hot space and have alot to offer a strategic partner who wants to enter the world's number one e-Commerce, gaming and messaging app market. They continue to pursue the right opportunities and are open to partnering with the appropriate strategic partners. Ideally, this would be investors familiar with the space, but who have so far not been able to bid into this sector.
