The Meat Corporation of Namibia (Meatco) is Namibia's biggest exporter of top quality, natural beef products. We run our business in accordance with the highest technical, ethical, social and environmental practices. We constantly benchmark our practices against the best in the world through regular audits by independent, internationally recognized auditing companies such as SAI Global, SGS and Grolink. Our EU-approved export plants are ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and British Retail Consortium (BRC) certified. We deliver client specific products to customers in Norway, the European Union and South Africa. We produce and deliver in the region of 26 000 tonnes of beef per year. Namibian beef is renowned throughout the world for being tasty and naturally produced. When passed through our value chain, food safety and quality product is also assured.
