Established in 1989 in Sligo, LotusWorks is today a leading engineering, technical construction management service provider employing approximately 300 staff. Lotus FM leverages the expertise and knowledge gained in their long established service organisation to ensure FM clients benefit from innovative and dynamic service delivery. They deliver all services with their clients against agreed and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). They also operate to best practice standards providing accountability and transparency into their service delivery including asset life cycle costs.
