Lessandra is a developer of affordable house and lot in the Philippines. It is a subsidiary company of Vista Land and Landscapes, Inc. and it caters to the middle-income-class market segment. Lessandra communities are present nationwide. Its tagline, "Angat ka dito!", is a Filipino phrase connoting exclusivity and lifestyle elevation. Lessandra has three home series namely the Starter Series, Angat Series, and Step Up Series. The Starter Series includes the Arielle Townhouse. The Angat Series has three single firewall houses: Criselle House, Ezabelle House, and Frielle House. Launched in November 2020, the Step Up Series is the newest addition to the house line-up, with Sienna House, a single firewall house with a master bedroom and a provision for carpark, as the first product launched under the said series.
