Kyrgyz Express Post LLC (KEP) has been operating in the postal market of Kyrgyzstan since 16 March 2012 under the license no. 12-917-КР granted by the State Communication Agency of the Government of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, providing a wide range of postal, financial and other services both to individuals and legal entities. Pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan dated 7 December 2012, Kyrgyz Express Post LLC was granted the status of second designated postal operator of Kyrgyzstan, which was further confirmed by the Universal Postal Union International Bureau circular 83 of 21 May 2013. As a result, the information about KEP has been included in the basic UPU records and placed on thepages of the UPU website www.upu.int
