KONstruct company profile

KONstruct is a dynamic company founded in 2015. We primarily deal with property development in Copenhagen and Aarhus. Our main focus is the realization of housing projects and, to a lesser extent, the development of retail and office properties. We, in cooperation with our investors and partners, want to develop projects that are economically viable, which have an ongoing architectural value and contribute to the development of society. Due to our broad experience and our large network within the industry, we can handle large and complex development tasks with a slim organization. We focus on acquisitions, project development, project management, rental and resale, while the actual construction task is solved in collaboration with external collaborators from the advisory and construction industry. All projects are generally developed with rental or resale for sale. Major, capital-intensive projects are being implemented in cooperation with a capital partner. Our goal is to become the preferred Danish partner for investors wishing to invest in homes and commercial properties. At KONstruct, we believe that competence, ordinance and hard work, together with a focus on our customers' needs, are the basis for success. Through targeted development work, we create the best solutions for our investors. Our ambition is to see KONstruct as their preferred partner.
