China, Japan/Korea, Europe, and ASEAN - all have more commercial real estate than the US. The job of operating and maintaining commercial buildings is a 24x7 responsibility of facility managers. Yet most facility managers lack modern tools to manage their buildings. Our mission is to provide facility managers with the latest technology tools to monitor their buildings, detect trouble, and quickly repair incidents. Founded by MIT and Caltech engineers, InMapz is a proptech software platform that creates digital twins of commercial buildings through an automated process. InMapz integrates floor plans, mechanical equipment drawings, devices, sensors, and controls into one wholistic digital model of a building. InMapz saves time and money for facilities managers, building auditors, third party maintenance teams, emergency response personnel, airport travelers, trade show organizers and attendees.
