Established July 2007, iKnowlej Corporation aims to enter the world of Semantic Technology deployment & web 2.0 concepts. The main vision iKnowlej is to gather various contents from the web while encouraging the users to generate contents through oriented models, and to move toward personal Knowledge Management. Categorizing the contents (information) on the web is done through implementing the concept of "Networks" through the deployment of semantic web techniques. This is to build standard community topics covering all subjects in the world & enabling the people to track the contents & people that are relevant to them. Also iKnowlej provides some "Widgets" for the publishers (bloggers & other content websites) so that they can enrich their contents from the available web contents outside the iKnowlej. iKnowlej is also offering some widgets for commenting, visitors identification, finding Related contents and revenue sharing which will be offered very close to the launch of the product. iKnowlej aims to address all of targeted, personalized and socialized content needs of the people. iKnowlej respects the Data Portability movement for its users. iKnowlej has received around $150K in funding from its founders. The company does not plan to seek venture capital investment. The average age of the company's staff in the iKnowlej is 24 -25.
