GLI Finance Limited (AIM:GLIF) is a London-quoted finance business. We originate and invest in secured financing solutions for businesses, providing finance to small and medium sized companies in the US, UK and Europe. We aim to produce a stable and predictable sterling dividend and a double digit ROE, whilst at least preserving our capital value. The Company was admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc in August 2005, as T2 Income Fund Limited. Geoff Miller, now CEO of the company, joined the Board in 2009 and reshaped the business from an investment company invested in loans through a Collaterialised Loan Obligation (CLO) vehicle into a finance business in the period thereafter, through a series of corporate transactions. These transactions have given GLIF a unique range of platforms, online and offline, peer to peer and traditionally funded business. To reflect the growing importance of self-origination and the internalisation of the management of the business the Company its name to GLI Finance in 2013 and announced that the CLO investments, which were the origin of the company, are to be exited over time.
