We enable fans to share in song ownership, and simultaneously enable artists to immediately raise funds from their compositions. Fanled acts as a publisher for the artists who register with us, on a song by song basis. Fanled will add our partnering artist's songs to the fanled marketplace available for sale to our registered fan base. The fanled marketplace is a section of our web platform that is publicly accessible, and advertises all artists and their songs to the wider public. Here, the registered fans can purchase ownership tokens in the available songs while funding their favourite artists. The sale of song tokens initiates a mutually beneficial arrangement between fans and artists. The fans become co-owners in that song, and as co-owners will receive a percentage of royalties generated by the song. Funds generated from token sales are directly transferred to the aritst, enabling the artists to immediately raise funds from their compositions. As publisher, fanled will collect royalties and allocate the proceeds to both fans and artists relevant to their token holdings in each song.
