Fadila is a marketplace where consumers connect with professionally trained and vetted domestic workers - housemaids, babysitters, cooks, drivers, etc.... We are not an agency, we play the roles of recruiter, trainer, and employer. Our main customer is the middle- and higher-income household and institutions – public and private – that are looking for the services we offer: cleaning services, training, and management of domestic workers.
