Endymed Ltd, formerly Applisonix Ltd, is an Israel-based company. The Company operated for two years under the Ma’ayan Technology Incubator Group, an investment group for high technology premature companies. The Company has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, two in Israel and one subsidiary in Hong Kong. The Company, through wholly-owned subsidiary CureLight Medical Ltd, develops, manufactures and markets ultrasound hair removal equipment based on an in-house technology for both professionals and home users. Starting from January 2012, through wholly owned subsidiary EndyMed Medical Ltd, the Company is also engaged in design, development and marketing of aesthetic treatment equipment based on radiofrequency technology, which is a solution for fractional skin resurfacing, wrinkle treatment, skin tightening, scar treatment and body contouring.
