DIAKO Bremen company profile
DIAKO is Bremen's second oldest hospital thanks to its Christian self-image as a modern, national health center and, at the same time, fulfills the basic and standard care mandate for more than 100,000 residents in the west of Bremen. Since 2019, DIAKO has officially recognized two centers in the Bremen state hospital plan: an oncology center and an orthopedic center (including the endoprosthetic center for maximum care, which has been certified since 2012). The two centers, both of which have been certified for over a decade, are also focal points that extend far beyond Bremen's borders: the colon cancer center Bremen-West and the breast center in the women's clinic. Cooperation with the specialist medical center "Ärztehaus am DIAKO" serves the continuous expansion of comprehensive, competent patient care.
