Dhc Software (formerly Beijing Donghua Hechuang Digital Technology Co., Ltd., renamed in May 2009) Founded in January 2001, it is a listed company of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The stock is referred to as “Donghua Software” with stock code 002065 and registered capital of 1.57 billion yuan. Headquartered in Beijing, the country has more than 60 branches and employs more than 8,000 people. The company is mainly engaged in application software development, computer information system integration, information technology services, network flow control security products and Internet +, and has more than 800 software products with independent intellectual property rights. Donghua Software is a key software enterprise within the national planning layout and a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Program. It is one of the earliest software companies in China to pass the Software Capability Maturity Integration (CMMI) Level 5 certification. The country's first batch of information system integration and service is large.
