Sider distillery produces beverages, combining traditional forms that are closely identified with the territory with innovative production equipment. It is the brand that distills in glass fractional column stills with reflux, widely used in laboratories, but little explored in the beverage sector due to its low production capacity, although the purity of distillate is equivalent to five distillations in a traditional metal pot still. The connection with the territory is given by the use of endemic botanical such as port tea, which gives the brand its name, in its gin, and the production of vodka from alcohol obtained by fermenting the milk sugars, instead of potato as usual.
