CUEX is an independent consulting company that helps businesses become more customer oriented by providing the necessary insights that are needed - both internally and externally - to be able to create the most valuable customer experiences. We use Customer Journey Mapping as the tool to come from a desired strategy of increased customer orientation to actual execution. Founded in 2010 in the name of Qurias, it was the starting point for creating better customer experiences in the digital focal points.
