CPS company profile

CPS was founded in 1995 by friends and colleagues David Dunning and Ivan Lloyd. Today, they remain privately owned and funded with the addition of Stephen Adams, their Chief Operating Officer. The business has changed enormously in its 24-year history with a new brand identity and a growing number of colleagues, but our core values remain the same: to inspire customers to realise their business potential with joined-up solutions. The partners worked for different consulting practices but share a common philosophy that, in CPS, they could create a company that could provide a holistic approach to the provision of technical services and business consulting services to implement them.
