1A is an organization that combines people in many fields who have received training and certification in the 1A methodology and assists them in carrying out their purpose of enhancing internal communication. And they do it with internal communication, a field to which they have dedicated their working careers, expanding it in a variety of areas, including research, strategic consulting, university programs, publishing books and articles, holding conferences, holding methodological certifications, senior management programs, dissemination at conferences, one-on-one manager training, and group training for employees.
