Codland’s goal is to promote progress in the fishing industry through innovation and collaboration. The company was founded in 2012 when the Iceland Ocean Cluster brought together seven fishing and ocean-related companies and set the course to create maximum value from every part of the fish. They believe it is their responsibility to make the most out of every kg of catch. By increasing the veld they are increasing sustainability and promoting further development of the raw material. Their goal is to maximize the value from each part of the fish. New valuable products are created from underutilized raw materials using innovative biotechnical solutions.
