The company we are purchasing is a beachfront bar located in the surfing community of Puerto Viejo, situated along Costa Rica's caribbean coast. We are currently raising capital to purchase the business from existing owners, and to continue daily operations of the property. The company currently has $200,000 per year in sales revenue, although there is room to expand this with additional marketing initiatives. The sale price includes having all leases and licenses paid for 3 years in advance.
