blockWRK company profile
Traditional employee compensation fails to sufficiently tie pay structure to KPIs leading employees to favor performing only the most visible tasks at the expense of larger corporate goals. blockWRK balances compensation with management goals via targeted automatic micro-rewards that focus employees on meeting KPIs using continuous incentivization within our app, and employees can immediately spend their rewards using our branded Visa card.
