The project now produces not only beer but also snacks, plant-based milk, non-alcoholic beverages, and is continuously researching new ways to transform food surplus into valuable products. Additionally, Biova Project is building a logistical system to enable the circular transformation of food surplus, further cementing its role as a leader in sustainable food innovation. Through these initiatives, Biova addresses food waste at multiple stages of the supply chain, promoting eco-friendly consumption and resource efficiency.
