Bidco Uganda produces fast-moving consumer goods built on an integrated palm oil value chain. The joint venture, owned by Wilmar International, Josovina Commodities, and Bidco Africa, runs upstream cultivation and milling, refines crude palm oil, and converts it into edible oils, cooking fats, and soap products. Production spans packaged cooking oil and bakery fats for households and food service, along with laundry and toilet soaps. Operations include refining, fractionation, and packaging lines, supported by logistics and trade partnerships. By aligning agriculture, processing, and branded goods, the company enables traceable supply and consistent output across multiple channels. By-products from refining are utilized in further processing to improve material efficiency.
