It offers role oriented access management (ROAM), a managed service that is designed to integrate and deliver Web, legacy, client/server, and other custom applications to a personal computer or MAC for use in healthcare. The company also provides ROAM Portal, a presentation layer that is delivered through a Web browser; ROAM services, such as online collaboration and video conferencing, live remote support, and office and personal computer desktop access; and ROAM Identity Manager, which provides integration with active directory and single sign-on into application delivery. In addition, it offers Embedded Security Agent, a clientless security agent that manages the encrypted tunnels between users and applications.
