Established in 2006, founders Adrian Lewis and Richard Hocking have brought the company from small beginnings to being a highly respected UK software developer and provider of leading cloud based HR solutions. The in-house software development team are engaged with local, national and international projects across a wide range of technologies and platforms including Microsoft .Net, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Sharepoint, IBM Domino/Notes, Java and Apple iOS. Members of the team regularly work on Government Projects, which means they are cleared to the required security level. Codel Software undertake a rigorous approach to quality standards which is reflected in their status as Microsoft Certified Partner, IBM Business Partner, ISO 9001:2008 certification and being Investors in People accredited.
