ACOM has a long and successful history of developing, distributing, and supporting B2B software solutions to mid-market businesses throughout the USA, Canada, and Europe. Currently there are over 5,000 businesses utilizing our products. We have successfully acquired, and or started, several software businesses that have been sold to private equity firms or large strategic buyers. Headquartered in Long Beach, California we also have offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Indianapolis, Indiana. Acquisition Philosophy Subject Matter Expertise – We prefer sellers, owners and management teams that want to stay to help grow the business but we will consider an acquisition, without ownership participation, if we feel we have the necessary subject matter expertise. Together with the management team, we determine goals, strategy, tactics, and resources needed for success. We then provide what is needed. We can take a hands-on or hands-off management approach dependent on the circumstances. Complimenting Methodology – We are most successful when our strengths in Go-to-Market strategy and execution, sales, substantial software development/engineering resources, administration, financial and legal operations complement our partner’s needs. Industry Focus: We are seeking software products and services or tech-oriented service businesses. We prefer cloud-based solutions but this is not a business requirement. Our primary industry experience is in FinTech, Healthcare, Accounting and B2B document/data exchange but we are also seeking to expand in other promising growth potential markets. We have a preference for companies that have a niche in a vertical market with a happy customer base. Financial – Acquisition Target Revenue Size up to $10,000,000 annual sales.
