iNovar Corporation has its origins in the team who were rated #1 by Gartner in 2012 for “Mobilizing Existing BI Content” and has created a new structure to attack this ‘hot’ market – estimated by Gartner to be worth approx. $2.5b in annual license fees. Initial discussions to secure rights to the earlier IP failed to materialise and a decision was made in March 2013 to completely re-develop, from first principles, an even more innovative solution called MyBI 2Go. MyBI 2Go Snap , a cloud-based system providing corporate access to internal dashboards and reports within hours was released on iTunes on October 21st, 2013 and the next release, MyBI 2Go Enterprise, which enables corporates to install the system on-premise is due for release in Q2 2014. With 350+ corporate NDAs to work with the team and initial clients signed since the release including the Metropolitan Police (UK), Orange (Switzerland) and Alghanim (Kuwait) and POC’s underway with Marks & Spencer (UK), M3 Medical (US), Deloitte (Mexico) and Al Futtaim (Dubai), we are seeking up to £1.25m in £500k tranches, offering preference convertible stock with a 10% coupon in exchange, to commence our US & International sales and marketing plans properly.
