2BeDone is an online platform for managing meeting minutes and action plans. With 2BeDone, you can record your meeting minutes and relevant action plans, share them with the participants and stakeholders, manage actions and provide progress updates, follow-up on meetings and assigned actions, and get an overview of your meeting activity. All of this as easy as pressing a button! The 2BeDone initiative was born in 2009. It is the result of the real-life experience of people spending a significant amount of time in meetings, yet not having the proper tool to manage, follow up and execute their decisions. Day after day, considerable time and energy is lost on non-productive tasks - time and energy that would be better spent on solving problems, following through on the decisions made and carrying out the associated action plans.
