A blocked action may be caused by your plan, exhausted credits, a missing connection, workspace permissions, invalid input, or a temporary service error. Find the cause before trying again so you do not repeat a paid action.
Symptoms
A control is disabled, a plan dialog opens, a request returns 403, or a result stops at an empty state.
How to diagnose and fix it
- Open Settings → Billing & Usage and note the visible product meter, reset information, and plan.
- Check your workspace role and whether the action is restricted to an owner or admin.
- Confirm required connections, such as a sending account, calendar, CRM integration, or webhook destination.
- Check the record state: archived, already enriched, already in the campaign, pending, invalid, or blocked by a list rule.
- Correct the prerequisite and retry once. For bulk actions, confirm the first result before starting the full batch.
Credits, reveals, sends, visitor resolution, and API usage may be metered separately. Sending may also be limited by account ramp, campaign daily limit, company send limit, or schedule.
How to verify
The action should show a loading state followed by a result, a clear empty state, or a setup message. If it still fails, save the redacted error code, route, timestamp, workspace role, and record type for support. Never share keys, cookies, passwords, or private exports.
Usage diagnosis
- Open the usage or billing view shown by the workspace and note the current balance, period, and reset information.
- Identify the action that consumed capacity: reveal, enrichment, trade search, visitor resolution, API request, or send.
- Check whether the action is blocked by credits, a plan entitlement, a role, a sender limit, or a campaign limit.
- Stop duplicate retries, correct the underlying audience or request, and retry one record only when capacity is available.
- Verify the balance and action status after the retry.
A limit message is different from a provider failure. Record the visible code and limit type so an administrator can choose the correct capacity or permission change.
