Troubleshooting

Resolve the most common search, enrichment, campaign, sending, booking, integration, and usage problems.

Fix common search, enrichment, campaign, sending, booking, integration, and usage problems.

Diagnose in order

  1. Capture the route, record or campaign ID, visible status, and exact error code.
  2. Check workspace role, plan entitlement, credits, and provider connection.
  3. Recheck the input: filters, required fields, recipient status, sender, schedule, and timezone.
  4. Retry once after the prerequisite is fixed; do not repeatedly trigger a paid enrichment or send.
  5. Verify the result in the destination screen and record what changed.

Targeted guides

When you contact support, include the redacted error, timestamp, workspace role, and affected record type. Do not include passwords, API keys, cookies, or private exports.

Diagnose in order

  1. Identify the exact page, action, visible status, and timestamp.
  2. Check workspace role and entitlement, then check credits or sending capacity.
  3. Reproduce once with a known safe record; repeated retries can consume credits or queue duplicate work.
  4. Apply the linked fix and verify the resulting status, count, or timestamp.
  5. Escalate with redacted diagnostics if the same failure remains.

Safety rules

Do not share bearer keys, passwords, full email addresses, webhook payloads, or customer exports. Use a record ID, a redacted error code, and the smallest screenshot that shows the control and failure.

Escalation packet

For search, enrichment, campaign, sender, CRM, visitor, or API failures, include the workspace, route, action, record ID, timestamp, status before and after, and redacted error text. State the exact step that failed and whether the same action works with a known safe record.
