Connect sending accounts, CRM tools, API keys, webhooks, and other supported services.
Connection checklist
Before clicking Connect, confirm that you have permission in the external service and know which workspace should receive the data. Check whether the connection can create or update records. Store keys in a secret manager and grant only the access you need.
Read Connect email and review sending settings for the audited account-connection and deliverability flow.
Supported setup guides
- Connect an email provider
- Review CRM connection options
- Configure webhooks
- API authentication
- Review advanced deliverability
- Review audit logs
- Test webhook delivery
- Revoke an API key
Verify, update, and disconnect
After authorisation, return to Settings → Integrations and confirm the workspace and status. Run a test event in a non-production destination and review the activity log. Disconnect from the same card when access should be removed. Reconnect an expired or incomplete authorisation; do not paste credentials into chat.
Connection lifecycle
Connect: choose the provider shown by the app and complete its authorization. Verify: return to Dureach and confirm the account shows the expected connected or ready state. Update: reopen the integration when permissions, sender settings, or webhook URLs change. Disconnect: use the visible disconnect action, then confirm campaigns no longer select that account.
