Account warmup and campaign readiness

Understand warmup, review account health, and decide when a sender is ready for campaigns.

Account warmup gradually introduces sending activity to a mailbox. In Dureach, review its warmup controls alongside connection status, authentication, provider warnings, and campaign volume. Warmup does not guarantee inbox placement or make an unverified list safe to contact.

How does warmup fit with a campaign?

New or inactive mailboxes may need a period of controlled activity before they handle a larger campaign. Warmup settings affect the account, while campaign limits, schedule, lead quality, and message content also affect actual sending. Treat the account’s visible status and provider guidance as your source for available controls; do not use a fixed number of days as a promise of readiness.

How do I enable and monitor it?

  1. Open Email Accounts and select the mailbox you plan to use.
  2. Confirm the connection works and review the warmup status and settings offered for that provider and plan.
  3. Enable warmup if available, then choose a conservative volume appropriate for the mailbox. Keep account and campaign limits aligned; avoid a sudden jump in total sends.
  4. Check the status regularly for connection failures, bounces, provider warnings, and changes in reply or delivery patterns. Investigate a warning before increasing volume.

When can I add the mailbox to a campaign?

Use this checklist before assigning it as a sender:

  • The mailbox is connected and can send and receive an internal test.
  • Domain authentication and any required provider permissions are configured.
  • The planned daily volume fits the account limit and recent activity.
  • Review each contact for a suitable address and confirm the planned use follows applicable contact rules, opt-outs, and suppression requirements.
  • Sequence content, links, schedule, and reply handling have been reviewed.

If any item fails, fix it before launch. Starting a campaign does not resolve a warmup or provider warning.

What if warmup is unavailable or stops?

Check the mailbox connection, plan access, account warnings, and the reason shown in its settings. Reconnect an account only when the app requests it. If the control still cannot be used, send support the workspace, mailbox, visible status, and redacted error. Do not share mailbox credentials.
