Order Done for You email setup

Choose domains and mailboxes, check the order, and manage Done for You setup after purchase.

Done for You (DFY) setup lets you order sending domains and mailboxes from Email Accounts. The order form shows the available providers, domain options, mailbox names, forwarding destination, and checkout details. Review those details before payment; a new mailbox still needs a readiness check before it sends a campaign.

How do I build the order?

  1. Open Email Accounts → Add New → Done-for-You Email Setup.
  2. Enter your primary business domain. Use Search More if the proposed secondary domains do not fit. Select only names you are willing to use in email and verify their spelling and extensions; the form rejects unsupported extensions.
  3. If you want visits to a secondary domain to reach your website, enter a forwarding domain. Check the destination carefully. The form warns when forwarding is empty or invalid.
  4. Add mailbox names, such as alex or sales, and inspect the full addresses generated for each selected domain. Remove duplicates or misspellings. The current form limits the number of mailboxes per DFY domain to five.
  5. If the form offers more than one mailbox provider, confirm the provider for each domain. Provider availability depends on the workspace.

What should I confirm before paying?

Check the selected domains, every full email address, provider, forwarding destination, and number of mailboxes. Read the checkout screen for the actual price, renewal terms, and any taxes. These can change, so use the values in your order rather than an older article. Submit the order only after the summary matches what you intend to buy. Keep the order confirmation or payment reference.

What happens after checkout?

Return to Email Accounts and check the setup status. Domain registration, mailbox provisioning, DNS, and connection may complete at different times. Wait for the account to appear as connected before assigning it to a campaign. Then inspect sender name, authentication, daily limit, warmup setting, and any warning shown for that mailbox. Place an internal test message before using a new sender with leads.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Open Settings → Billing → Email Accounts & Domains to inspect the controls available to your role. Check the effect on active campaigns, forwarding, access to the mailbox, and the next renewal before cancelling. If you need passwords or administrator access, follow the protected request flow shown there; never put credentials or recovery codes in a support ticket. For an unavailable control or stalled setup, contact support with the order identifier, affected domain, status, and time of the last action.
