Outreach and campaigns

Prepare an audience, connect a sending account, build a sequence, and handle replies safely.

Prepare an audience, connect a sending account, build a sequence, and handle replies carefully.

The campaign workflow

  1. Build or import the audience and remove duplicates.
  2. Verify contacts and resolve risky or invalid addresses before sending.
  3. Connect a sender and check its connection, warm-up, daily limit, and reply-to settings.
  4. Create the campaign, add sequence steps, and choose the delay between steps.
  5. Configure Options and Schedule, including timezone, sending days, daily limit, follow-up priority, and company send limits.
  6. Preview every step, insert only supported variables, and send a test email.
  7. Launch only after validation warnings are resolved; then use Analytics and Unibox to monitor delivery and replies.

The detailed guide is Create and operate a campaign. Provider and sequence guides are also listed below.

Use Review analytics and delivery tests after launch to interpret date ranges, zero states, and sender-placement results.

Status and safety checks

Launching a campaign does not mean that a message has been delivered. Sending may wait for the schedule, account limit, warm-up, verification, or follow-up delay. Use Diagnose in Analytics and check the troubleshooting guides when the send queue is empty.

Campaign readiness gate

Do not launch until the audience has eligible recipients, the sender is authorized and healthy, the first sequence step is valid, and the schedule has a timezone and sending window. The campaign remains a draft until these checks pass.
