Search company records, build lists, find decision makers, and manage contact data in Dureach.
A repeatable research flow
Search broadly first, then narrow by geography, industry, company attributes, trade records, or intent signals. Open the company profile and confirm the legal or operating identity before revealing contacts. Keep a saved list as the boundary between research and outreach.
Main tasks
- Search companies and build a prospect list
- Manage lead lists
- Search and filter companies
- Add reviewed records to a list
- Verify contact data
- Find decision makers
- Check duplicate records
- Import or export records
Record hygiene
Treat a company match as a candidate until the website, country, and activity agree. Do not reveal the same person repeatedly: check the existing record and list membership first. If a contact is missing, keep the company in the list and try another role or enrichment path rather than inventing a value.
Operational checklist
Use Contacts for person-level search and Lead Lists for reusable audiences. Confirm title, seniority, department, location, company domain, and email status before reveal or enrichment. Keep one source note per list so later campaign or CRM reviewers can understand why a record was selected.
Troubleshooting
An empty Contacts view can mean the active filters exclude every row. Clear the newest filter and search the exact company domain. For duplicates, keep the record with the verified email and merge or remove the other record using the action shown in the row menu.
Contact record checklist
Before reveal or enrichment, confirm the company domain, title, seniority, department, location, and current contact status. After the action, verify the returned value on the profile and save only the record that matches the intended person.
