Find and verify contact and company details while keeping track of job status and credit use.
Before enriching
Confirm the company information, check the workspace meter, and decide whether you need verification, a contact reveal, or broader waterfall enrichment. A provider may return no match, a risky result, or a pending state. Do not replace any of these with a guessed email.
Follow Run contact enrichment and review the result for the step-by-step flow.
Main tasks
- Run waterfall enrichment
- Verify returned contact data
- Review AI-suggested fields
- Add reviewed records to a list
Statuses and credits
Read the row status after starting an action. Pending means the job is still processing. Successful means a field was returned and still needs review. Failed or no match means the provider did not return usable data. Credit use and retries depend on the plan, so check Settings → Billing & Usage before repeating a bulk action.
Operational checklist
Before a bulk action, confirm the result count, selected rows, current workspace, and available credits. A search result is a candidate account; opening the profile and checking its domain is the identity check. Keep an information note with the source and review date.
Troubleshooting
If a filter returns no rows, remove the newest filter and run the search once. If enrichment is disabled, check the workspace role and usage meter. If a returned value is wrong, do not overwrite it with a guess: remove it from the outreach audience, record the provider result, and retry only after correcting the company information.
Record handoff
A company result is ready for handoff only after the domain, name, geography, and data source agree. Save the account first, then find contacts and enrich them. Keep company review separate from contact reveal so credit use is auditable.
